Racing Challenges

What's up everyone? Asyou may or may not know, this is the second thread I've started on this forum. But the reason for this thread is because two weeks ago, I accepted a challenge from a fellwo racing student. The challenger is driving a '04 Mustang Cobra and from what my friend is telling me, it seems that he has quite the advantage over me. Now, if this was a quatre mile race, I can see where'd I'd be creamed. However, since it's a random constructed course. So neither one of us will really have the advantage. But why do I get the feeling that I've opened Pandora's box, and that this will lead to more challenges? But I've come to realize, it's not the car, it's the driver. Or is it? Who knows? Well anyway, This thread's here for everyone's feedback. Please send me your oinions on the issue.

Re: Re: Racing Challenges

The best way that I can discribe it is that the course will be marked with construction barriers, the ones you see on the highways, about wasit-high. I got about four weeks worth of practice to go. The practicing will start next week.

yeah a great deal of your chances rely on your wheels my friend. a mustang can be lethal on a straight but as with most american cas, they're shite around a track....so if you have my impreza you'ld have him

we're talking about the cobra here, with independent rear suspension, so they dont handle too badly either.

no offense to an impreza, but i think a mustang cobra would beat that too.
