89 tranny sliping

i have a 89 s-10 blazer 4x4 with over 200,000mi.

when i put the pedel to the floor going about 45 right after it feels like it shifted the motor sounds like and feels like it was just put in netrual then i compleatly let off the gas and then i can continue to drive like normal and it drives fine if i dont floor it
