water pump situation

I am getting this slight howling noise that I can hear when the car is idling. I notice some bearing wear when I move the water pump pulley. I am not getting any leakage but am wondering if I should go ahead and replace the water pump or if I should wait. I have approx. 122k miles. Thanks.

Re: water pump situation

might as well just replace now and save yourself the trouble of not having a car when it goes out...cause they leak like a bitch when they go out...you have to stop at pretty much every gas station you see to refill the radiator...save yourself the trouble like i said and just replace it
