Well, I haven't found any covers like those (I would like to find something like that) but I have found some others. Here they are:

Enter your year and make it will list available parts. One of the items available should be hubcaps, but those are the traditional ones with and without the Chevy logo. These hubcaps are available for 1986 and later it appears.

Another site to check for police hubcaps is this:

Scroll down to the middle of the page for Caprice police hubcaps.

In addition, if you do a search on the internet, you can probably find more of the hubcaps I have listed above. Sorry, but I have not been able to find the ones you show in your picture.

If they do let me know. I lhave a set of three. I need a forth.
