Adjusting Door on 93 V10 Blazer

Someone backed into me and crunched the passenger side door. I had to replace the door but I don't know how to adjust it to make it fit right. The top leans in too much and there is a gap at the bottom. On other vehicles you can usually loosen the door mounting bolts on the hinges to make adjustments but on my replacement door the mounting hinge is riveted onto the door not bolted.

Any suggestions??
