i have a starting problem with my 94 golf 1.9 match diesel,as a rule when i turn the ignition key to the first position the glow plug light goes out and i usually hear a click.on hearing the click i turn the engine and it fires straight away.but now there is no click and it will not start.is this a relay fault?and where is the fusible link located?.any help will be most welcome.thanks
