Question Interior Panel Removal

Anyone have experience on a 4th Generation F-Body Mid Panel Removal? I'm about to do my subwoofer conversion by turning those 6.5 into 8" subwoofer mounts, and i HAVE to dynmat that whole area. One problem, stupid Mr. Haynes Manuel failed to mention about removal of that part (unless im blind and stupid, which i tend to be). Anyone can give me detailed instructions on this so I dont break anything i tend to use more muscle then brain,(hince the american muscle car ) anyways i stray away, the middle panels where the rear 6.5" speakers are next to the passengers. That trim area. Someone help, tips/sites/tools/ anything would be appreciated, you can email me pics at ssiegel@hotmail.com .. THANKS A LOT EVERY1!!!
