Question 2001-2004 Impalas - The Good, Bad or Ugly

Looking at a few in that year range.

Anything to look for with these cars?

Any warning signs?

Are they worth it?

Im the total opposite.

I have NEVER had a problem with my impala that has costed me any money.

The only thing that costs money are the monthly payments, and the gas.

I would say get one, they are nice cars, and are REALLY comftorable (we went on a 3 hour trip, and when we got out, i didnt feel that wierd "i cant walk" feeling you get in a cheaper car.

Re: 2001-2004 Impalas - The Good, Bad or Ugly

I love mine. I haven't had my car very long, but I love it. It's very roomy (I'm 6'2, so that's saying a lot) and extremely comfortable. I haven't had any problems in the three weeks I've had it,but I know that's not saying much. However, my cousin had the same car I just got (01 LS), and he didn't have any problems for the three years he had it, and that's why I got this car. Then he traded it in for a Trailblazer and has regretted it ever since.
