2002 Denali (60,000 MILES) Idle seems to be hunnting or pulsing when sitting in traffic. Defintely more noticeable after long highway drive to city driving. Had this fixed twice while under warranty...not sure if it is something i can fix myself. Any help would be great. Thanks!

we have two 2002 Denalis in our fleet and both had same problem as yours , the dealer flushed the fuel injectors and cleaned idle air control motor and throttle body plates and they run like first day.
Throttle body service is the key. Good luck
