Re: 99 s10 pu/ speaker questions
well if you wanted to be a lazy ass and not have to put any thought and effort into this, then you could either 1. pick the speakers that say "for gm use" on them or call the local dealer and ask, they should know to, but hey, asken random people online is a good way too!

Re: 99 s10 pu/ speaker questions
Doing the replacement might be kinda tough with limited mobility.
After just fracturing my back 18 months ago I still have problems with that sort of thing at times.

Re: 99 s10 pu/ speaker questions
Movin2 I just looked at your Geo pic's, and would like to see what you could do with a new mini.
If someone ever lets you customize 1 can you send me the pics

...even easier then pulling off your door panels: go to www.crutchfield.com
They have an *extensive* database of what will fit and where. Used to be in their catalogs but now is online. If you've never dealt with them before they are *GREAT*. Any and all adapters and special mounting hardware is available for your specific application.
...check 'em out.
