n00b here! couple of Q's for h22 and h23 owners

yeah like you read it im a n00b. anyways i just got an h23, and im already ordering parts for it . well i need to know if its possible to put h22 type-s pistons in it to raise the c.r.? i think it should work, same bore and all, the thing im thinking about is the h23 has a longer stroke. would this keep them from working?
or would it just be cheaper to have the head milled? what im lokking to do is bring the c.r. to around 11:1. does anyone know how much the head would have to be milled? any help is good, i need to have this done asap, i start school in 2 weeks.
