my friend has h &r springs for his integra, lowered about 2" or so. the ride is fairly ok, he has stock shocks too!

i have maxspeed coilovers now, they suck! i think anything is better than maxspeed~

This all depends on the shocks you use with them.
The H&R race you are referring to have agressive rates and require strong dampers, to really make use of them, the H&R sport, is a better choice and can be mated to your KYBs, Tockico, Bilstein you name it.

What shocks you using?

Yes as long as they are the sport and not the H&R Race. :)

I have H&R sports running on my stockies for now until I can afford shocks (Konis I hope).

Anyway, I've had them on just a few weeks but the ride is really pretty close to stock. Not bouncy (until my shocks blow) but much tighter, not harsh. The drop looks good, and my camber wasn't thrown that much.

Just my .02

I have h&r springs with tokicko shocks lowered about 1.8" and the ride is not too bad. It will lower it a bit diff. than the neuspeed springs. The h&r will lower the back a bit more than the neuspeed, and the neuspeed will lower the front a bid more than the h&r. Im happy with mine. :D
