Is all the stuff for neons on E bay garbage? I'm talking about the coilovers, cold air intakes and the resistor in the AIT sensor trick. All the stuff is OK priced and some comes with actual K&N filters. Is it still garbage?

If your talking about the $15-50 coilovers don't get them. You'll be bouncing more than a five year old on a trampoline. Get a good name coilover like ground controll or skunk2.
