trying to figure out what kind of exhausts you can put on a TL Type S. I usually go to acura-tl.com, but apparently they are inaccurate since tanabe really does not make any exhausts for the car and they have two listed. (i called mackin industries to ask about them, and the rep said they dont' make any) so now i know about comptech (but have heard bad things about them) and it looks as if greddy does make the evo cat back system for it...but since i saw it on acura-tl.com i'm not sure anymore. anyone know what options there are for adding an exhaust to the 2002 Type S? please holla, i need some help! thanks...

I installed a comptech exhaust(axelback) to my type S and it's not that loud like hks so i removed the second resontaor and now it sounds great. I suggest you get the comptech cause they are made to fit the TL's where as HKS requires some extentions. good luck on your decision and besides they are having a big sale on comptech goods at acuraworld.com. Just goto the for sale/wanted forum there

I go to dat site too but i am not a member there, my cuz is. u should get da comtech exhuast becuz it warrenty any problem i think.
