I want to take off my tail light covers but I dont know how they are on there. I think they are just covers, but im not sure if they clip on or are permenantly on there now. has anyone ever taken them off before?

nah i havent tried yet, cause i waana paint mine black, i like the look of the 05 impala with the black lens cover and the red lights

They are just attatched with strong dual-sided tape. I don't know how you would go about pulling them off... I imagine it won't be easy.
