Water in my car 2000

In the back interior of the car where the jack is plased, 5" to 6" of weter stove up after. I dump the water out, it stores up again after it rains.
Does any one know where the water is coming from.

water

I read somewhere about this problem and the solution was to caulk around the rear tail light mount post. I believe that you have to remove the rear/right tail light and caulk around where things are attached to the body.

If you find out what's wrong post back here please.

I keep a small towel stuffed in beneath the jack. After a heavy rain, take it out, wring it out, dry it and put it back in. When weather warms up will try some clear sealer around the tail light mounting posts.

Do you have a power sliding door on that side?
I have the same problem on my Montana and found that the water seems to come through were the cable runs through from the out side to open the door. I have tryed to seal it with no results so maybe i will check the tailight sugestion.

Yes - we also have the power door. Thank you for that information, will look into that as well, when winter milds up a bit.
