I changed mine on a 94 gc limited , wasnt that easy , I had to soak the tie rod attach tapered bolt with penetraiting oil overnight , raise the front of the car to take pressure off it, and use a "pully puller type tool to break the tight lock the tapered fit bolt made , it came loose with a "snap", was easy after that... some have a top nut to remove the strut, mine didnt , so that explains the above procedure

it's about as hard as changing a tire. if you can't do that, you shouldn't be driving a Jeep....
