94 poor mileage-running cold and rich

Hi All,

I've got a 94 ranger 2.3L, manual with 200K miles. I put a new catalytic converter on this summer and the check engine light came on sporadically. No problem, just kept driving (I figured this was caused by the old 02 sensor) Then I had to put a new fuel pump in...now the check engine light still comes on sporadically, but the truck gets horrible gas mileage, exhaust smells like sulfur and now I notice the engine never really gets warm (the temp needle barely moves). I just replaced the oxygen sensor, both coils, all spark plugs and wires but the engine is still running cold and rich. I have to rev the engine to keep the motor from loading up with fuel. Do you think I should try replacing the fuel pressure regulator and thermostat? This is my only guess.

Thank you!!
