It depends on a lot of factors... what mods you have to the engine itself, what clutch you have, (a regular clutch wont stand up to 400 horses for long in daily driving) how often you drive the vehicle, and a whole lot more...

lol 400 HP, someones bullshitting you. You wont see 400 HP on any cavalier engine unless you invest lots of money. Trans, Forged internals, axles, massive injectors, fuel pump, fuel rails, some very skilled tunners, and many many more things. Even the 250HP seems fishy. They are prolly just saying that the turbo itself has the potential to make power up to 250 HP, that in NO WAY means that you can make that much HP on your car.
ur such a noob man. . . listen. When they say the turbo makes 250HP or 400HP, they mean that the turbo moves enough air to have the engine make that much HP while still creating boost pressure. THE TURBO CAN MAKE THAT MUCH HP, NOT THE CARS ENGINE. You can find a turbo that makes 500HP and throw in on a cavalier, but the engine of the cavalier wont make anywhere near 500HP. YOu should avoid forced induction and stick to more basic mods till you understand cars a little more.
there are 2 turbos you can get for this car year. stage 1 and stage 2
stage 1 gives you around 250 horses and 2 up to 400.
i heard they both are really cool but costs around $3000 which one should i go with.???
Don't go Stage 2 without internal engine works! You'll rinse your motor!! Go stage one and keep the boost low if you don't intend to uprate you internals!
