yes your LS tranny will work fine with the b16a. You'll have longer gearing than the b16a tranny, but it will bolt up fine.

longer gearing what do u mean by that? switchin goin to take longer than it would wit b16a tranny?

yup, you'll just be in a gear longer without having to switch. It won't accelerate as quickly as it would with a b16a tranny. It is good for cruising around and saving on gas though. And you'll still feel the power difference, it won't effect that at all.
