Re: wheel weight? is 16lbs ok?
Any time the weight equals the diameter, its consider a pretty good weight. Just a simple rule of thumb. My mazda wheels are 17s and they are 17 pounds. Very light for stock wheels, decent for aftermarket wheels. I have a set of 15s that are 10.8 pounds, which is extremely light, and very good based on the above mentioned rule of thumb. But light is expensive, so most poeple find that the 1 lb per 1 inch rule is a good happy medium.

Re: wheel weight? is 16lbs ok?
Considering they are 17", that is a decent weight. My 14" stock alluminium wheels of the old '89 Honda Accord weighed 16lbs.

Re: wheel weight? is 16lbs ok?
My secret supplier! Its a auto parts store in my hometown. Shit I should have kept them a secret, now everyone is going to have my rims, I have never seen them on any car before thats another reason I got them, to be different. For those who plan on stealing my rims :P They are MSR 190's with the hyper machine finish. They only come in a 17 inch rim but you can either get them 7 or 8 inches wide.
