I have seen this question come up a few times. I won't take credit for it as I found the pic on an S10 forum, but figured it would be a great help for those who want to know where all the zerks are. By the way, this highlights all 11 fittings, but if you have had your U joints replaced, you have two more to grease at the front and rear of the drive shaft.
Re: Picture Detailing all 11 Grease Zerk Locations
Yes, it is worth it, if you want to prevent premature wear of your front end. You should grease them at least every 7,500 miles or 6 months. I do mine every 6,000 when I change the oil.
Re: Picture Detailing all 11 Grease Zerk Locations
As stated earlier, sealed balljoints usually can't have a zerc installed but by what I have seen, most should have the grease fitting installed from the factory.
Mine did. If not, they are sealed and can only be replaced, not greased.

Mine had them when I got it too, but the Haynes book says occassionally they come with plugs and can be changed out to fittings. I haven't seen any like this myself, but appearently they are out there.

And yes sealed ones can not be greased.
From what I have seen, they are greased and sealed.
Only way to maintain them is to replace them with after market with grease fittings.
