VW Polo standard installation alarm, immobiliser?

Hi
I am trying to get a quote for an insurance on my VW Polo 2003 1.2 55s

i was wondering which of the following and what kind comes as standard
installation

alarm fitted
immobiliser
options: thatcham
standard fit cat 1
standard fit cat 2
standard fit cat 2
tracker

and what is the difference between an S55 and an S65

I just bought an E55 after having a 1.4
It has just an immobiliser no alaram.
It is lumpy when idling and has difficultly with hills.
I would get the 1.4.
