I have a 1996 Neon(Auto), that needs a speed sensor. If your look straight down on the tranny from the front end, is the speed sensor placed straight down into the tranny below the upper radiator hose?

After looking at my manuals it looks to be right under your tramp down cable...should have 3 wires to it...good luck
