22" wheels on 2001 impala fwd

I have 20" wheels and tires on my 01'impala fwd. they look nice but they also look tiny. from what i understand you can do a 22"x8.5 wheel with a 30 series tire and a medium to high offset without modification. is this true and will a 22"x9.5 wheel fit.

Re: 22" wheels on 2001 impala fwd

Qatar,

I saw on your thread that you are looking into getting a larger set of rims for you car. I am not positive as to whether or not 22's will fit however I have seen it done and it may require some slight wheel well modification. I own a car stereo/wheel and suspension business (Extreme Sight & Sound) therefore I have access to virtually every brand in both industries including names like Lorenzo, Lowenhart, Asanti, Lexani, Volk etc. I have several websites with hundreds of different styles and brands to choose from. Due to the nature of my business I am very competitively priced. Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.
