Locking hubs

I've replaced the upper and lower ball joints of my 1990 f150 4x4. I laid out the hub parts in order of removal for easy replacement. My young daughter tried to help daddy out and now I don't have a clue on the order of replacing. Can anyone suggest a manual that shows, not tells how to put back together? Anyone know how to degrease a 4yr old?

Re: Locking hubs

I can't help you there but I have to say I've seen those situations many times before and every time I hear or see it I laugh. Looks like you learned your lesson. As for degreasing a 4 yr old gasoline or WD40, no j/k hand cleaner (the mechanic degreaser kind) works great.

Re: Locking hubs

The best place would be stop by your local Ford Dealer, go to the parts room and ask if they would copy the parts page for you. The parts page shows the order of assembly, including the seals that needs to be replaced each time you tear down a hub.
