Ok I haven't done any preliminary research...
So I'm researching it in here.
I want to get the 330i. fully loaded w/out the nav sys.

Now the question...
(1)Do you guys know if the 3 series can fit the 5 series HALO lights in it too...???

(2) I live in NJ anyone from the area who can comment on i vs xi in terms of handling in this area?

No need for the XI

Where in NJ are you? I'm in South Jersey, right near Philly. I have a 2001 325i and found it to be a VERY solid car in the snow. Make sure you have the traction control and stability control. I have the 16" premium package wheels. You may have some issues with the 17" tires because of the width. IMHO you don't need to bother with the XI unless you're planning on going to the Poconos skiing all the time, well anytime but this winter.
