Angry no startin chevy

had an astro van last year I got rid of cause it woulnt start up in the a.m. until the sun hit it for a couple of hours. had it thru 3 dealerships and bout 1500 dollars later to get the same thing a week later. now my business van, chevy 3500 cube van having same problem. outside temp is 45 and wont start, put torpedo heater under carbon can/fuel filter area bout 10 minutes, starts right up. next day 52, same thing. next day 20, same thing etc.. etc. any one ever have this problem or got any ideas, already have new fuel pump and filter and lines, worked for two days then back to the same. HEEELLLPP!!!

check yor ignition timing,and try to use a upgrade gasoline in from now on.

Have the mechanic check the coolant temp senor for the computer when its cold. It maybe reading the the engine is at a warm tempature and leaning out the fuel mixture. I have seen this and the vehicle would not start because it was to lean of a mixture. By warming ever thing with the heater you maybe changing the readings thus changing the fuel mix.
