The first thing i would do is check to make sure there isn't any foriegn objects lodged between your pads and your rotor. Take the tires off and look down in between the pads and rotor. Also it could be that your brake pads are worn out. On most brake pads there is a piece of metal attached to the pads, and as the pads wear down the piece of metal gets closer and closer to the rotor untill eventually the peice of metal grinds on the rotor making that loud sound. It's probably just time to replace the pads.
On another note, one of the drums on your rear brakes may have something lodged in it. Either a rock or one of the springs may have come loose and is now just stuck between the brake shoe and the drum. The drums are a little harder to get off if you have an older truck cuz they tend to get rusty and stick to the shoes. Also when you are trying to get the drums off, make sure that you don't have the parking brake on or else you'll never get the off. Good luck
