scratch on a sidewall of Camry tire

My wife, wile driving in the rain, lost traction and while braking, hit the curb with front left weel, we have a scratch on a weel and there is a scratch on a tire 0.5-1 mm deep, on a sidewall, about 1/4 inch long,
I bought Goodyear Conquest tire 3 month ago(195/70/14).
Is it safe to drive those tires now, can it be fixed, or I have to buy new tires?
thanks

does the tire still hold air? if no leaks, and only 1mm pushed in that tire is ok.

Re: scratch on a sidewall of Camry tire

Did you purchase road hazard protection when you purchased the tires? If so, it should be covered the wauranty. Go back to the place you purchased the tires at and check with them if you are not sure.
