Remote driver door and trunk unlock

For some reason, the keyless remote will no longer unlock the driver's door (passenger's fine).

Also the trunk release does not work either.

I have several remotes, and the problem is the same with any one of the remotes.

However the driver's door (and passenger door) will lock when "LOCK" is pressed. It's just that the driver's door will not unlock.

I can hear a relay or solenoid from the receiver module under the dash, every time I press "UNLOCK", but no reaction from the driver's door.

Also pressing the trunk release button gives the same relay noise from the receiver module under the dash, but no response from the trunk release actuator.

I find it strange that these both problems have occured at the same time, and suspect a common wiring harness or connector.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
