during heavy rains, water drips from the overhead console. Anyone else had this problem? My guess is either the windshield is not sealed well or the Onstar system is not sealed well.
check the screws that hold the roof rack on. That's a common place of leakage. I don't believe that the windshield would cause this, as it would just simply run down the inside of the glass.
