My Power Moon Roof quit working and I checked the fuse but that was fine, does anyone have any Ideas what might be wrong

When you push the button, does it sound like the motor is trying to run or not? If you can hear the motor, I would say either it's off the track or something is stuck in it. If you can't hear the motor, then that might be your problem: the motor.
