stereo removel

how do I get the factory deck out?? I have a 98 sentra se. It has a single din tape player with the pocket below it.

I found installdr.com to be helpfull. It's free and they give you pictures and complete instructions for installing a new deck in a Sentra

Question

I'm trying to replace the front door speakers. How do I get the interior door pannel off? and can I remove the doors built-in grill with out torching it?
