camry rear speaker install info for all if needed
I asked about this before and no one replied so for the future if anyone needs to know how to install rear speakers in a camry here it is. I was a dumbass and payed 4.99 for this info so im posting it so no one else has to be as desperate as i was and pay for this. it has pics but i guess they didnt paste. I have the link so if anyone needs it just shoot me an email and ill let you have it.
Toyota Camry '92-97 Rear Speaker Removal and Installation Instructions
1) Lift front edge of rear seat up, release back edge of seat and remove seat.
2) Remove on bolt at base of rear seat on drivers side.
3) Remove on bolt at base of rear seat on passenger side.
4) Lift rear seat back up off of hooks and remove.
5) Remove third/center brake light cover.
6) Remove screws securing rear brake light to deck.
7) Disconnect connector and remove.
8) Remove plastic clips.
9) Pull pass thru seal from opening.
10) Pull top edge of side panel from back of car and remove, repeat for other side.
11) Remove two screw covers and remove exposed screws.
12) Pull front edge of rear deck panel forward over hooks.
13) Place hand inside rear brake light opening and lift up gently to clear mount while pulling entire panel toward front of car and remove.
14) Remove screws securing speakers.
*NOTE - These are 6 3/4" speakers, we have seen a nice Pioneer speaker that fits or you may have to purchase an adaptor ring and install a 6 1/2" speaker.
