fuel filter

anyone have a trick to get a stuck fuel filter off a 94 code W blazer?
UPDATE:, got the back line off with vise grips and brake wrenches, had to take the front side loose at fitting where it meets the rubber compression fitting. put in a vise ,turned and rounded off the bolt , still stuck. went and ordered a new fuel line from the filter forward. not cheap
UPDATE:, put fuel line and filter in a bench vise cross cut the nut and then took a chisel and hammer to it., finally got it apart, but i'm still waiting on the new line.(couldn't let it beat my ass toooo bad)

Re: fuel filter

Soak it down with penetrating oil and hope for the best. Don't rush it.

Re: fuel filter

Try putting a wrench on the bolt side of the fuel filter and wiggle it up and down. Be gentle though as you go. A few times, and she usually comes out slowly.
