98 5.9 Transmission problems

Running the GC down the highway with the cruise on, everytime it crests a hill the torque converter unlocks and the tach climbs 100-200 rpm then it locks up again.
It will do it on the flat and level occasionally to. If I stick my foot in it there is no problem.
It does it with cruise control on and off. It does it at between 40-45mph. And at 60 and 65mph. Could it be a phony throttle position sensor? Had the tranny serviced about 1,000 miles ago drain and flushed, R2 the filter and I watched what came out of it. Everything looked fine. It has always done this since we have owned. Maybe a new 46RE??Any ideas??? I have 105000 miles on it.
If I need a new transmission I was thinking about an APS Transmission in Cal.
Anybody delt with them.

My 5.9 has done that ever since I got it when it was brand new. Even after the tranny rebuild it still continues. Read my posting at: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=332249

It now has just over 100,000 miles on it. The Jeep service guys think it is normal, but it drives me crazy.
