Steering or Tire

2000 GT stock with 38k on the clock.

This is an odd thing that I just noticed today.

My front pass side tire whenever I turn at low speeds seems to make a sound similar to suqeeky clean glass. I just had it washed then it sat for like 7 hours right after that and I am wondering if something just hasn't dried out yet. It's probably nothing and just the sound of turning rubber at low speeds. However, having just bought the car, I am worried it may be steering related.

The rubber looks good on the tires and the pressure is fine. I have no idea how old the tires are since I just bought the car last month but they are Goodyear Eagle's (II's possibly, I will look in the morning).

Thanks.
