front park light lens -replace or fix?

93 Chrysler Town & Country. Right front clear marker/turn/cornering/park lite lens has 1/8 inch chip/hole in center. I could replace it with aftermarket lens assembly (clear lens and long curved amber lens come together as one piece) for $65. However, it is such a little hole I'd like to fix it instead, if I can do it well enough to not make it obvious.
(Seems dumb to replace it as neither left nor right side corner lights ever turn on - are they supposed to?)

Is there a clear goop that I could put in there, kinda like putty?

After it hardens I could buff/polish it down to real smooth - using polishing compound , same as that used on faded body paint.
Thanx, Space Cowboy

my 90 caravan has the little clear corners and i have bulbs in mine at the bottom of it the upper half does nothing except reflect my right side is missing thats how mine is for a 1990. 93 may be same concept.

a deer took it over the summer and never gave it back. oh well its just a marker light if a clear poxy will solve the problem i would do that if not then replacing it might be the best way to go.

personaly id use poxy and buff it out.
