BMW X5 4.6is exhaust tailpipes! help!

Hi guys,

I live in London England and am a owner of a Bmw X5 4.4 sport 2002 reg.
I am in need of some help and advice on a certain issue that no one has been able to resolve for me for ages!

I really want to make my exhausts look like the 4.6is with the square chrome twin exhaust tailpipes.

Please could someone advise me on how to do this and where to purchase the parts etc i would need, i dont mind if it means me purchasing over the net.

Someone has told me that 4.6is parts will only fit 4.6is vehicles i dont know what is true!?
