NEED HELP!! with vacuum hoses!!

We just put a new head on a 318i conv. We are hooking everything back up but ended up confused on the vacuum hoses!!

Engine: M42,

We need to know where the vacuum hoses on the left side of the engine connect. Upper part of intake manifold. Also the cooling hoses!! It is confusing!

We need help with a drawing or something!! Any help out there?
