I have a 1997 Plymouth Neon. The problem I am having is that the coolant eventually does not continue circulating even when the vehicle is hot (above normal operating temperature).

The overflow container does not have a return line on it. I am assuming it should. Also, the headgasket is in need of replacement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
