Is the front motor mount (Front being the mount in the front of the motor, where the pullys are) supposed to have a bolt in it down the center?

There is supposed to be a bolt in the through the center of the rubber mount... a big bolt, where it bolts to the motor. Underneath is two studs which mount to the body. I think you would refer to this as the passenger side mount. A "front" mount refers to the mount at the front of the car.

I'm sorry, I got it wrong...
There is a big bolt down the center, but it bolts to the bracket on the body. The two studs underneath is where it bolts to the engine. I'll check and verify.

Yep, it's a bolt through the body, and studs through the motor.
