just got some new speakers for my 98 jeep cherokee classic. it has the factory infiniti speakers in it and the factory amp under the rear seat. someone told me that you have to bypass/disconnect the factory amp. what i want to know is what i need to do so i can still use the stock wires coming off the factory amp. they said you need to do this because of the ohms on the infiniti speakers are like 2 ohms and my new ones are 4 ohms and it wont sound right if i dont bypass the amp. they said with the pionner radio i have it will sound better with just the radio. its 50watts by 4. anyway if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it.

thanks
