84' s-10 blazer rough idol and sputtering

My blazer has trouble warming up and it wants to stall when i take my foot off the gas.At stop lights iI put it in park and rev it up so it wont die. Fuel consumption is also high..

I just replaced the fuel filter and i'm almost positive its not leaking. Its has a brand new battery and alternator, cap and rotor

It also has started chugging or sputtering while driving and it temp. loses power what the heck should I do?
