Cold Air Intakes

I have a 2002 pathfinder and I'm interested in putting a cold air intake in it but I can find a maker that makes one for it. The only one I've found so far is the K&N Air Charger but it isn't street legal in New York. Does anyone know of an intake that will fit? Can an intake from the 350Z be made to fit?

The description says "horsepower increases from 4 HP is typical". I'm not a mechanic by anymeans so maybe I can't read between the lines but is 4 HP really worth $100.00 or am I missing something? If so I may get one.

yeah i saw that and im not going to waste my time with that. im most likely going to get either a frankencar one (http://www.frankencar.com/products/pathfndr/intake/index.htm) or a stillen one (http://www.stillen.com/Supertrucks_detail.asp?cat=2&subcat=187&Brand=&id=43744&page=1). has anyone used any of these and how do you like it?
