is the srt-4 reliable?

if u had a good break in,and used 93 octane, but around 4k mile u started racing a lot..will the srt-4 take the beating or will it break down like a lot of the previous neons.

Re: is the srt-4 reliable?

exactly. the car is pretty strong, i have 50,000+ miles with lots of track time and im going strong. no real problems. clutch is just as good as ever! but like deVil said, everything will break if you abuse it. the srt is very reliable and i know plenty of guys with 450hp who drive it hard every day with no problems, but if you abuse it, it wont last as long. plain and simple. but its not just an srt thing. all cars break if you abuse them. the EVO FQ400 reqiures a heavy dudy servie every 4500 miles, a stinkin Enzo requires a brake replacement every 3500 miles.
