Take a look and tell me what you all think of the painted tails. I will try to take a picture at night. They look the best at night.

Looks alot better. One thing that bugs my eyes is the white outlines. I ran into that problem when my tails were being made. I hated how that would look so I did a few things to work around it

What did you do to work around it? I was thinking of some black weather stripping or something to that effect.

Instead of using clear sealant, which gives a cloudy, milky finish, use black silicone sealant

Man I wish I would have used that earlier. What else would you suggest? I really don't feel like getting in there and opening them up again, one of them has a little crack and it isn't leaking at all or fogging up (we just had some cold weather down here in Houston, and rain and I didn't notice any leaking or fogging up so I would rather leave well enough alone. What about putting some film or vinyl along the edges in a thin strip I guess like a pinstripe.

It wont fog up even if water gets inside because it doesnt get hot enough to make enough temperature difference from outside. But you could use a vinyl strip, or even paint a strip along the outside to match the inside. Try painting on vynil, then applying it on so in case you dont like it, you can still remove it.

I was thinking of putting a vynil strip over it. I will go ahead and try that. But right now I got bigger things to worry about. I got into an accident over the weekend I will post pictures later. I might just see what the body shop suggests.
thanks for the advice

Well here are the pictures of the damage my car sustained last weekend.
http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291983955
Does anyone have a VIS kit? Is the quality and fit good. I am thinking of getting the TBC kit from VIS which if I am not mistaken it is the same as the Buddy Club kit right.
