Good Morning folks.
From reading all the posts that pertain to my problem I've come to the conclusion that I have a bad/stuck blend door actuator gizmo. In contacting my repair shop, the quote was for 4hrs of labor to rip out the dash. From reading the other posts it seems this too is true. So, not to bore you good people further, my question is; Where exactly is the "blend door actuator"? I had a old 70's Ford station wagon once that allowed access to the heater guts by taking off the wheel and cutting a hole in the wheel well. Is there a "work around" to access this blend door? Does anyone have any advise before I get out there and start hacking the snot out of this thing? Thanks for your time!!!
