Turbo or non turbo... Miles on motor?

the car was a turbo but the turbo it-self is gone. the motor was bought from kantawantanabee (or spelled something like that) but was never installed, so i dont know how many miles it had, it will need to be rebuilt, but it is supposeed to be in working order.
